Salary: Up to £55,000 + Overtime + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Day Shift Engineer to join a prestigious commercial property in the heart of the City of London.

Shift Pattern:
* 4 On / 4 Off Days Only
* 7:00am – 7:00pm
* No Night Shifts
* Overtime Available
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across building services systems.
* Responding to reactive maintenance and fault-finding activities.
* Maintaining electrical and mechanical plant equipment.
* Monitoring and operating critical building systems.
* Completing maintenance records and compliance documentation.
* Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Liaising with subcontractors and site management teams.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Candidate Requirements:
* Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
* Experience working within commercial buildings, corporate offices, critical environments, or similar facilities.
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
* Knowledge of building services plant and equipment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
