Electrical Day Maintenance Engineer

My client is currently recruiting for a day maintenance electrician based on a one-person site in the city, you will have your electrical qualifications with 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

This position would suit an engineer who is looking for the next step in their career. Duties will include daily ppm's and walk rounds, communication with client with issues in the buildings, general ppm's and reactive on all aspects of lighting and power, plant room, escorting sub-contractors, looking at permit to works, updating the cafm system and reporting back to client and manager.

Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday

Salary is 48K with overtime and company benefits.
