Database SME - PostgreSQL, Azure
£410 per day Outside IR35
Primarily Remote
2 Month Contract (20 Hours per Week)
We're looking for an experienced PostgreSQL DBA with strong Azure database administration experience to support a database modernisation programme.
Key requirements:
Strong PostgreSQL DBA experience, including performance tuning, backup/recovery and high availability.
Experience administering and optimising Azure-hosted database environments.
Proven background delivering database migration and modernisation projects.
Knowledge of database security, governance and access controls.
Experience supporting both cloud and on-premise database platforms.
Scripting and automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Shell or similar).
Strong stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to have:
Active Security Clearance (SC)
