* ETL Mastery: Strong skills in ETL design and development.
* Excellent Communication: Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
* Big Data Knowledge: Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop and Spark
* Data Governance: Understanding of data modeling principles and data governance best practices.
* Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or other similar languages.
