Description:

Main objective of the role:

* Effectively transfer of Data Technician / Data Analyst Level 3 knowledge and skills to learners.
* Ensure learners acquire a thorough understanding of technical concepts and practical skills.
* Deliver high-quality online technical training to help learners advance their careers in the dynamic field of data analysis.
* Conduct successful training courses that ensure learners become proficient and confident in applying their technical knowledge in real-world scenarios.Responsibilities:

Design and deliver technical training courses on Data Analysis topics, ensuring high-quality instruction.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using diverse teaching methods, multimedia, and practical exercises.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and certifications to keep training content relevant.
Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance training methods and course effectiveness.
Prepare learners for qualifications and external examinations as required.
Tailor content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, supporting learners throughout their journey.
Provide mentorship and support to learners, working closely with the Learner Experience team to identify those needing extra assistance.
Monitor and report on learners' progress, maintaining records of starts, leavers, and outcomes for accurate statistical reporting.
Complete necessary paperwork (registers, exit interviews, skills scans, ILPs, etc.) by agreed deadlines, ensuring compliance with funding rules, Ofsted regulations, and internal processes.
Assist in Quality Improvement projects as needed.
Participate in meetings, including CPD days, and undergo regular observations of teaching and learning as part of CPD.
Actively participate in Ofsted inspections, including meetings, training, and standardisations, while maintaining occupational competence.
Ensure health and safety for self and others.
Promote and integrate equal opportunities in all activities.From time-to-time, you will have to go onsite to the company HQ which is based in Birmingham.
