Description:

The role...

Responsible for providing comprehensive support and assistance within the Data Services department, working between the hours of 08.30 and 17.30 hours (i.e. a 40 hour week). Assisting with inbound and outbound phone and email queries, control of order entry process and forms, whilst assisting other departments when required.

What you will do...

Processing of customer requests, including ordering and setting up new accounts and deleting old accounts.
Developing skills to complete required Data Service levels (1-4).
Working as part of a team, to ensure customer requirements are delivered in line with agreed service levels and KPI's.
Supporting other departments when required, during peak times.
Processing access control cards and requests on the Specialist Services desk, on a rota basis (1 full day per week).
Assisting with Milton Keynes administration tasks as and when required.
Supporting the track and trace department when required.
Answer all incoming telephone calls and emails promptly and professionally, owning customer, supplier and queries from the beginning through to conclusion.
Undertake development courses and training when required to upskill and develop.
To ensure outstanding customer service by telephone and email, to ensure consistently high standard are maintained with all correspondence and communication.
Ensuring understanding and demonstrate implementation of the Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
Any other duties as directed in support of ARC / SOC work and objectives.

Have commercial awareness and experience within administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and organisational abilities
Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks, manging / delivering conflicting priorities
