Data Scientist - Advanced Analytics - MOD/Defence Project, Farnborough, Hybrid, £(Apply online only) per day Outside IR35
Contract opportunity for a Data Scientist with experience in Analytics for a large MOD project. This is for a defence consultancy and security clearance (SC) would be needed prior to engagement. Due to the nature of the role, 3 days per week in Farnborough is needed.
Key skills required
Data preparation, validation, analysis, and modelling
Experience with mathematical optimisation, rules programming, and analytics
Model performance testing, identifying areas of improvement, and implementation
Working with large data sets, with thousands of objects, with complex meta data and characteristics
Good problem solverThis programme is a new innovative piece of working with the MOD.
