This role is the ideal career opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a new challenge. The role is permanent and hybrid working is available.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining the CRM and ensuring that client data is organised.
Ensuring data accuracy
Supporting the events team in identifying and creating targeted invite lists for events
Supporting the content team in maintaining quality mailer tools, dealing with any registrations, bounce backs or unsubscribes.
Supporting the business development team by generating reports
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Person specification
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong Excel skills
Detail oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
