Data Entry Administrator
Salary: £27,000
Location: Glasgow City Centre

My client has an opening for a Data Entry Administrator position with an established financial/investment management organisation based in Glasgow City Centre.

The primary objective of this role is to assist in the integration of a new internal system. Successful candidates must possess the ability to handle large amounts of data with meticulous attention to detail. Operating within a fast-paced environment, individuals will be required to meet deadlines as crucial component of this position.

The role is based entirely on site: Mon-Fri 9-5. This a 12 month fixed term contract.

The key responsibilities within this role are:
* Processing new account/system information
* Handling a high volume of data
* Moving client information from one system and inputting into another
* Work to deadlines as there will be a high volume of workload being inputted per day
* Updating case notes onto the trackers to monitor the progression of the cases
* Be comfortable working with confidential information and inputting this accurately to make sure all new client accounts are up to date and correct

A successful candidate for this position will have;
* You must be available to start in January
* Computer Literate
* Able to use your own initiative
* Be able to follow guidelines and strict GDPR policies
* Confident dealing with highly confidential information
* Have strong attention to detail
* A background in finance or similar environments would be useful but not essential
