What you’ll do
• Ensure data entry and validation services are delivered to customers in line with agreed KPIs and all associated ISO processes.
• Validate invoices as per the ISO process and within the 48hr KPI.
• Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
• Open and distribute post.
• Make use of data reports and functionality in Excel, such as lookups, formulae, and pivots.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails of customer/supplier activity through all software.
• Send ‘failed’ invoices to the account manager for querying with suppliers.
• Process missing invoice reports to ensure all supplies are being billed.
• Request missing invoices from suppliers and highlight anomalies to the energy account manager.
• Inbox monitoring and task delegation.
• Process client utility meter reads.
• Work through the Utility Click training program modules to have a full understanding of the software platform.
• General administrative support for the energy account manager
• Answer phone calls

Experience you need
• Previous experience from a data entry/data analytics or finance/bookkeeping role would be a massive advantage
• Excellent Excel/IT skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Proven ability to think laterally to create value and solve problems.
• Ability to reconcile invoices, billing data, payments and statements
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Adaptable, positive and customer-focused with a "can do" approach.
