Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
Implement system integration solutions to connect data sources and systems effectively.
Lead data mapping efforts to ensure seamless integration and consistency across databases and platforms.
Oversee data migration projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and optimise data architecture and workflows.
Troubleshoot causes and provide solutions to data-related issues, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in data engineering processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Engineer with expertise in Python and SQL.
Strong understanding of system integration, data mapping, and data migration concepts.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in designing and optimising relational databases.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
