Contract Data Engineer – Python, AWS – Birmingham, West Midlands - Hybrid role
We are looking to recruit a Contract Data Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines efficiently in a dynamic, Agile setting. You will join a Data team based out of Birmingham, where you will translate technical needs into actionable pipelines, develop solutions for data-driven decision-making, and ensure data quality and organisation. Proficiency in Python, SQL, AWS, and DataOps concepts required.
Solid experience in coding in Python & SQL
Solid experience in AWS Cloud platform, AWS Glue, Amazon DynamoDB for NoSQL database management, Amazon Redshift for data warehousing, & AWS Lambda
Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
