Are you a Team Leader that is looking to work with the latest cutting edge AI and High Performance Computing technology that is being deployed to solve some of the world's most imminent challenges?

This companies technology is used in multiple industries such as Oil & Gas, Defence, Energy Transition and Mining, with the success already achieved with these industries they are now looking to expand into other areas.
In this role you will be tasked with managing a small team of 5 Developers and Engineers with a view of this growing 15 in the coming years. This is a tightknit and have worked well together for several years as the current team lead has been promoted to a new role.
THE ROLE:
Managing all aspects the team and their performance
Responsible for coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
Attending senior management meetings to discuss the development roadmap
Work collaboratively with the team to solve technical challengesTHE PERSON:
