Hays are working with a well-established organisation seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Data Capture Administrator to join their growing team. Your new role

As a Data Capture Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and capturing information from various financial forms, including CGT, IHT and ISA/JISA documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of data while supporting operational reporting and client service delivery.Key responsibilities will include:

Accurately capturing and validating data from client forms and documentation.
Interpreting complex or non-standard information and resolving discrepancies.
Maintaining trackers, control sheets and audit records to monitor progress and productivity.
Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Supporting monthly reporting by tracking processing volumes and performance metrics.
Identifying, documenting and escalating data errors or anomalies where appropriate.
Using Excel and internal systems to manage workload and maintain accurate records.
Participating in team meetings and providing updates on progress, performance and improvement opportunities.
Working both independently and collaboratively to achieve team objectives and service levels.What you'll need to succeed

Previous administration, data entry, data processing or financial services experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
The ability to identify trends, discrepancies and errors within large data sets.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
Adaptable, proactive and quick to learn new systems and processes.
