Location: Hybrid (dependant on location but potential to be largely remote working)

Role Summary:
Join a small Data Architecture team improving the data structure that underpins systems and services, creating the most effective designs to bring the best value!
Create and own data models that conform to existing and future standards and conventions
Data modelling, define the conceptual, logical and physical models for structures that underpin systems
Guide project teams through the development process, ensuring that data is used effectively.
Develop comprehensive mapping between logical and physical data structures to support applications.
Drive data architecture governance and best practises.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
2+ years' experience in a data specialist role, either as a data engineer, modeller, architect or analyst. You need to be confident in your ability to deliver the fundamentals of good data architecture. You need to be proficient in creating and managing data models, including conceptual, logical and physical models.
The ability to articulate your designs to a range of audience. Additionally, you need the confidence to challenge ideas that might not deliver best practise.
Experience adhering to a wider data architectural roadmap.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.** You must have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years with no extended periods outside of the UK in that time to be eligible for the necessary security vetting for these roles
