A newly created position within an international professional services organisation with an exceptional cultural reputation has arisen for a hands on, yet also strategic leader to establish and grow a team within the Data and Analytics space.
Based ideally within a commutable distance to Bristol with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, this is an opportunity within a supportive culture to shape and lead a team in your own vision.
With demonstrable internal and external stakeholder management experience within a professional services/ regulated environment combined with an ability to "roll your sleeves up" and help to shape the future of the Data and Analytics future, you will enjoy a range of duties including:
Devise and implement the new data strategy
Define and oversee a firmwide Data Governance framework
Work with system owners to ensure we're getting the best from our systems
Support the growth and development of the generative AI strategy
Leadership of the virtual data team.
Future management of the Data & Analytics team.
Act as a thought leader for data, both internally and externally.
Demonstrate leadership to help the organisation become more engaged with data, and understand its importance
