We are looking 4 x Data Analysts to work on a temporary basis starting ASAP until end of July 2024. This is a fulfilling and busy role paying £19.23 ph PAYE / ££25.28 ph Umbrella rate.
Candidates without demonstrable analyst experience will not be selected
Candidates must be able to attend Kent Science Park daily during initial 1-2 week training period after whichm you will be expected to attend the Farringdon office 1 day per week until end of contact and the other 4 days remotely/from home.
It would be beneficial if candidates have, Workday & Resource Link experience and HR experience will also be beneficial.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of the role holders are to sort and resolve complex annual leave data of colleagues across two HR systems.
You will need:
The ability to understand, use and explain complex data
Familiarity with using and understanding HR systems as well as entering data in such systems
Understand and calculate complex equations specifically related to annual calculations and be able to apply the outcome of these to resolve any queries and inaccurate data.
The ability to derive meaningful information from data source
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor to the level of your audience.
Sound problem-solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
Understanding of mathematical modelling and equations
