HNC OR ABOVE QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED DATA ANALYST OR SOFTWARE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN OR COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, MATHS, SCIENCE OR CHEMISTRY GRADUATE TO AS A CRM SUPER USER PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR A NATIONAL COMPANY’S TEAM AND ANALYSE QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE DATA
TITLE: Data Analyst & System Support Technician (or Graduate)
SALARY: £25-27,000 to start with £2,000 incremental increases with competency & 5% bonus
LOCATION: Bloxwich area
PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Science Graduate, Data Analyst, Computer Science Graduate, Software Support Technician, Chemistry Graduate, IT Graduate, Maths Graduate
ROLE: Data Analyst & System Support Technician (or Graduate)
You will provide admin and technical support to the technical team on systems, auditing, system development, future projects
Train and support the wider staff base on the CRM system and support external customers and will be required to travel to different sites
Action support enquiries, audit data, creating reports
EXPERIENCE: Data Analyst & System Support Technician (or Graduate)
You will have an HNC or above in Science, Chemistry, Maths related subjects, Computer Science
You will have a UK Driving Licence and be happy to travel across the UK if required
You will have strong PC skills and be confident accurately handling data
You will be happy in a client facing role.
