Data Analyst - Tewkesbury / work from home hybrid
£35,000 - £45,000 + bonus + private healthcare + 10% pension
A great opportunity for a Data Analyst with a project focus to join a hugely exciting and rapidly growing cyber security business in Tewkesbury, who have a focus on training and personal development.
The role will be joining a friendly team who are working across a range of projects and services that help to deliver secure communications capabilities for their clients.
The role will be joining the PMO team and play a key role in supporting Project and Programme Managers to ensure resources are in place so that projects can be delivered. It will require someone data-driven, who is confident dealing with senior stakeholders across the business to gather relevant data for forecasting and analysis.
Responsibilities of the Data Analyst role will include:
* Generating and maintaining project schedules and plans
* Generating business data and reports
* Tracking hours that have gone into projects and forecasting future requirements
* Generating insights with data and BI tools
* Driving change and improvement to current tools and ways of working
Ideally you will have some of the following skills and experience:
* Experience working as a Data Analyst or data-driven PMO Analyst
* Knowledge of project management and experience of Agile practices (PM qualifications would be a bonus)
* Jira
* eazyBI or similar BI tools
* A confident communicator – you might have prior experience presenting data / results back to stakeholders
The role will require you to undergo Security Clearance, although prior clearance isn't required as this can be done after starting.

The office is based just off the M5 and there is free parking on-site. The company operate a hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home
