Elevation Recruitment Group seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our client’s dynamic BI team.
** Hybrid working – 3 days office, 2 days home – Normanton **
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting insights from our client’s data to drive informed decision-making and optimise business processes.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks
Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various databases
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualise key metrics and trends
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide analytical support for projects and initiatives
We are keen to speak with Data professionals who possess the following skills & experience:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for data visualisation, such as QlikView
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
