We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join the team as we embark on an exciting phase of our software development programme, Viridian Vantage.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Data Analyst to support the production of our SaaS Power BI reporting. This role is pivotal in analysing, organising, and interpreting data to aid our healthcare consultancy services, particularly in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.

* Autonomous Work Style: Strong capability to manage your workload independently and effectively across multiple workstreams.

* Analytical Skills: Ability to consolidate complex information into a clear and coherent message suitable for various audiences.

* Communication: Proficient with senior client leaders, including Chief Executives, Chief Finance Officers, HR Directors, and the wider Executive Team.

* Team Collaboration: Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities for clients.

* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to various project requirements while focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working with the Head of Software and Analytics to solve complex problems and support producing key deliverables.

* Support the development of our Power BI platform.

* Aid in Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.

* Create compelling visualisations to make complex data easily understandable.

* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in BI reporting.

* Conduct data cleansing and ETL processes, ensure data reconciliation, and perform quality checks.

* Identify and support the implementation of improvements in data reporting and analysis processes.

* Present findings and insights to management and clients effectively.

* Supporting programs of work with ad-hoc analytics and questions.

* Capturing data from our clients and storing and processing the data in line with processes and policies.

* Configure our reporting tools and ensure data integrity.

* Create and maintain standardised reports from Azure SQL warehousing.

* Documentation of processes as they evolve.

KPI’s:

* Accuracy of reported information.

* Quality of presentation.

* Adherence to Compliance and Governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI (or equivalent preferred).

* Experience in data analysis and visualisation.

* Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication and presentation abilities.

* Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience or qualification).

Desirable Skills but not essential:

* Azure Synapse (Microsoft Fabric Suite).

* Knowledge of NHS/Healthcare Datasets

* Workforce Management.
