Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent 

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

The Role

A growing organisation with a diverse customer base is looking to bolster their IT department with this exciting new role. They are looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality reporting services, client KPI reporting and Health Surveillance. The successful candidate will be required to carry out resource planning across key business functions and manage the production of MI, to support planning.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership of the Microsoft Power Platform technology stack

Converting raw data into reportable form, using the MS Power Platform tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate etc.)

Identify trending providing significant opportunities for our clients

Highlighting issues and following best practice

Review historical data to plan future requirements

Ensuring all scheduled changes are resolved in a timely manner

Highlight key areas for high demand in services and review against the current team’s availability

Working with subject matter experts to support auto feeds into Power BI

Carry out data analysis to spot trends and assist in medium and long-term strategies

Attend regular meetings with client relationship managers, team leaders, MI teams to provide input

Contributing to regular MI/KPI production and completing ad-hoc reporting to assist Contract Managers

Data Cleansing
KEY SKILLS

Microsoft Power Platform - minimum of 2 years’ experience

Microsoft Forms

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

A team player, with a ‘can do’ attitude

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work within and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical groups, at all business tiers
DESIRABLE SKILLS

Microsoft SQL

MySQL/MariaDB

SEO
