Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst on behalf of our client based in Ashbourne.

The role of Data and Insight Executive will be a key individual with a strong MI reporting and systems background. This role will support the business through MI reporting, data management and business intelligence delivery.

Data Analyst Duties:

· Develop and deliver a high-end MI reporting suite for the business

· Pro-active approach to data – offering insights to wider business

· Import and export of business data

· Stock reporting

· Sales reporting

· Working closely with the Directors and wider Senior Leadership Team to support the business via trustworthy, accurate and relevant data

· Data management/Data capture – from stores/hospitality locations and websites

· Customer Data/Trends/Habits, analyse trends, data, and assist with forecasting

· Online reporting on web traffic, page views, products etc

· To assist with getting 100% visibility of stock held within the business available online.

· Analyse Data from new channels – e.g. what’s app / CRM

Requirements:

· Expertise in reporting suites including all Microsoft programmes and Power BI.

· Highly IT proficient with an ability to learn new systems and build intelligence around this.

· Knowledge of wider systems (CRM, Telephony, Shopify).

· Ability to present clear and concise data to a wider audience.

· Ability to explain technical jargon to nontechnical users
