Join a leading consulting and technology firm delivering large-scale Data and AI transformation programmes for major Financial Services organisations. Working with senior banking stakeholders, you'll lead complex programmes that turn data and AI strategies into measurable business outcomes.
The Role
* Lead end-to-end Data and AI transformation programmes
* Manage cross-functional business and technology teams
* Drive delivery, governance, implementation and remediation activities
* Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
* Translate technical solutions into clear commercial outcomes
About You
You'll have:
* Experience delivering large-scale Data, AI or Analytics transformation programmes
* Strong programme leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Banking or regulated Financial Services experience
* Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and AI technologies
* Excellent consulting and communication skills
Experience with **Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python and SQL** is desirable, along with **Agile or SAFe** delivery and tools such as **Jira** and **Confluence**.
