Trade Team Recruitment are looking for Data Administrators to start on 20/05
Please note: You must be able to attend Kent Science Park (ME9 8GU), daily during initial 1–2-week training period. Successful candidates will then be expected to attend Fleet House (EC1M 5LA) 1 day per week for the remainder of the placement working the remaining 4 days per week from home.
About the role
* Working for a local housing group you will sort and resolve complex annual leave date of colleagues accross various HR systems
* Calculate complex equations specifically related to annual calculations and apply the outcome of these to resolve any queries and inaccurate data
* Working closely with floor managers to ensure any other ad-hoc duties are also completed
* Working hours will be betweeen 08:00 - 18:00 on a rota'd basis
* 19.23 per hour paid on a weekly basis
About you
*
The ability to understand, use and explain complex data.
*
Familiarity with using and understanding HR systems as well as entering data in such systems
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
*
Experience with Microsoft Excel
