Salary: £25,000 to £26,000 (dependent on experience)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment have been given the opportunity to recruit a detail-oriented Data Administrator to support a specialist project at a well-established law firm in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent organisation and a data-driven approach.
Data Administrator responsibilities:
Managing and analysing large data sets using Excel spreadsheets and external portals.
Monitoring and administering agreements, escalating issues where necessary.
Identifying and resolving data discrepancies through liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Acting as the first point of contact for queries and providing timely responses.
Supporting two senior team members with general administration to ensure the smooth running of the function.The ideal candidate will have:
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables (these will be tested during the recruitment process).
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
