£22,500 - £25,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week – flexibility with start/finish times
Hybrid after 6 months’ probation (3 days at home, 2 days in office)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our client as a Data Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our non-profit organisation by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining databases, and assisting with administrative tasks related to data management. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a high level of accuracy, and a commitment to supporting our mission through effective data management.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems, including Microsoft Excel.
* Assist in maintaining and organising databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
* Generate reports and summaries based on data collected, utilising Microsoft Excel functions and formulas, as requested by management or other team members.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing and cross-referencing information from various sources.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in data entry or administrative support role preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management, with advanced Excel skills including knowledge of functions and formulas.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
