Description:
Boden are working in partnership with a leading property consultancy who are looking to appoint 4 interim Damp and Mould surveyors for a large portfolio in Bradford.
Damp & Mould/Disrepair Surveyor
* To undertake surveys in customer's homes, where damp, mould or disrepair has been reported.
* Diagnose the cause of damp/mould/condensation and the required rectification works.
* To agree changes with contractors as required during the progress of the works.
Contract Length: 3-6 Months.
Rate: £28-36 Negotiable DOE.
Working Pattern: Hybrid
