As a Damp and Mould Surveyor you will be:

Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
Experience within social housing
Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections
