Description:
I am currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join a local authority on a initial 3 month contract, north of Liverpool. The Building Surveyor will mostly be responsible for carrying out damp and mould surveyors. This role offers hybrid working and business mileage.
Main duties for the Building Surveyor:
Be responsible for carrying out pre and post repairs surveys
Ensure contractors and suppliers are performing to specification and contractual terms
Specify, authorise, own and manage works to completion.
Carry out Damp and Mould surveys
Investigate and resolve construction/building related defects to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction is maintained
