Description:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing Provider who operate on a remote working policy for a Damp, Mould, and Disrepair specialist on a permanent basis.
The Damp, Mould & Disrepair Specialist will join the Home Operations team and will be responsible West Rural Shropshire, Hereford and Worcestershire.
Duties include:
Proactive Day to day management of cases relating to damp, mould, and disrepair,
Embracing a digital Service offer to enhance a multi-channel approach and be an advocate for innovative digital solutions, which offer flexible effective solutions for customers.
Carry our inspections and investigations to resolve construction/building related defects to ensure high levels of customer service.
Provide an excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.Experience Required
Excellent Customer Service experience and ability to think beyond process to find innovative solutions to customers.
Proven experience of delivering maintenance services
Understanding of CDM Compliance
Good understanding of decent homes
Knowledge of building components diagnosis of building defects, building/contract law, building regulations and housing law
Educated to a minimum HNC level or equivalent professional experience, in construction, Housing, management or property.
Experience of management Disrepair, damp, and mould cases.
Driving license and access to a vehicleAnnual salary -£45,000 + £3715 car allowance, excellent benefits including flexible working, no office base required, generous holiday and pension package
