Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp & Mould Specialist to join a leading social housing contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services across South East London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation with the opportunity to secure a permanent position, carrying out damp and mould treatment works within occupied social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out damp and mould treatment works to a high standard.
Painting and decorating following remedial works.
Completing making good and finishing works.
Undertaking basic plastering repairs where required (desirable).
Working in occupied social housing properties while providing excellent customer service.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.Essential Requirements
Previous experience carrying out damp and mould treatment works.
Painting and decorating experience is essential.
Plastering experience is desirable.
Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance is desirable.Benefits
