Damp & Mould OperativesLocation: Dunstable and surrounding areas
Pay: £20.50 PH CIS Van & Fuel Card
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Temp / Long-term
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Damp & Mould Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance team.
Duties include:
Investigating and treating damp and mould in social housing properties
Mould washes and remedial works
Minor repairs and making good
Identifying leaks, condensation and ventilation issues
Working within occupied properties and providing good customer serviceRequirements:
Previous damp & mould or social housing maintenance experience
Good general maintenance skills
Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)
Ability to work independently and to a high standard£20.50 CIS company van & fuel card 42.5 hours Monday–Friday
