Overview: Children and Young People Trainer

An opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly growing training provider, we are looking for a CYP professional to join their successful team.
The successful candidate will need to have at least 3 years' occupational experience in a Residential Childcare setting and a L3 CYP related qualification. It is also desirable that you hold your Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 etc). A UK driving license and use of own vehicle is also essential for this role.

Qualifications and Competencies: Children and Young People Trainer
Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32, A1 etc)
A minimum 3 years' occupational experience within a CYP or Residential Childcare setting
A L3 or above qualification in CYP / Residential Childcare
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
Full UK Driving License
Duties: Children and Young People Trainer
Train, assess, motivate and support CYP learners on programmes towards achieving CYP qualifications
Maximise the use of e-learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways.
Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved CYP training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner
