Job Description

We currently have a unique opportunity for a motivated intern to gain invaluable experience and learn from some of the best.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cybersecurity Undergraduate to join our team for a summer work placement. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various domains of cybersecurity, including Security Operations, DevSecOps, Security Architecture, and Risk Management.

You will work closely with top-tier professionals, contributing to real-world projects and enhancing their practical skills in a dynamic environment.

What will my role entail?

Security Operations:

Assist in monitoring and analysing security events and incidents.
Support the incident response team in identifying, investigating, and responding to security threats.
Participate in the development and implementation of security measures and controls.DevSecOps:

Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
Assist in automating security testing and validation processes.
Work on improving CI/CD pipeline security and vulnerability management.
Support on internal pentests.Security Architecture:

Support the security architecture team in designing secure systems and infrastructure.
Support the assessment of security frameworks and the development of security blueprints.
Participate in threat modeling and security design reviews.Risk Management:

Aid in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management policies and procedures.
Support the analysis and documentation of potential security risks and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

You are a good fit for the role if you have the following

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
Familiarity with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners).
Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, Bash) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.We’ll help you gain
