Customer Team Leader Responsibilities:

Managing a team of 11 Customer Service Advisers - 121s, appraisals, absence management, mentor, coaching.
Lead and motivate a customer service team in the insurance sector.
Oversee the resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Implement strategies for team development and performance improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor team performance and generate reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry.Profile

A successful Customer Team Leader should have:

A strong academic background, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven team leadership skills within a contact centre, or customer service background.
An understanding of customer service principles and practices.
The ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the insurance industry.Job Offer
