Handle subscription renewals.
Efficiently record and respond to email and phone inquiries.
Utilise Word, Excel, and Publisher for various tasks.
Gather market and customer information to drive sales activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Customer service background in an office environment.
Computer skills, with a preference for previous computer-based experience.
Experience in contacting businesses via phone and face-to-face.
