Description:

Our client based in Essendine is looking to recruit a Customer Support Technician on a fulltime permanent basis. Working as part of an established team you will provide 1st line remote customer service for our clients customers. This role will involve excellent customer service but also the IT side to resolve technical queries. (more detailed IT problems are escalated up through the proper channels). The role will also involve taking inbound calls and trying to resolve the problem whilst the customer is on the phone and this will be done by remotely accessing the clients software remotely. Log all calls in the correct manner. A full job description is available for all suitable candidates.

To be considered for this role you will have a real interest in IT and also have customer service experience. The role is 9 to 5 Monday to Friday but one week out of 8 you will cover the phones out of hours (not until fully trained)
