Job role / duties
Support the Business Sales Manager by using data to affect customer insight
Liaise daily with Sales & Marketing, Operations & Purchasing departments internally to support daily activity
Liaise with customers and company manufacturing sites globally for updates and insights
Be responsible for coordinating both new and existing product development
Present insight and analysis to management and custoimer
Creating compelling category insight presentations and delivering commercial analysis;
Assist in delivering successful product launches
Account manage customer projects.
Deal with or escalate any complaints
Assist with the sales process including tenders, forecasting, costing and analysis.
Ensure process administration is accurate and updated to deadline
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, client meetings and manufacturing sites in the UK and overseas
To be considered for this role you MUST:
Have worked in a similar role within an FMCG/Manufacturing environment
Possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills
Be used to presenting information
Have excellent project management skills
Be used to providing accurate and valuable insights
Be highly organised
Possess a full clean driving licence
