Our client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their dynamic and successful team.
Main Duties:
To provide outstanding customer service and support to customers,
Responding to general business enquires and providing ongoing operational support
To ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is included and kept up to date within each of the relevant databasesSkills
Experience in a customer advisor environment
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities at short notice
