Location - 3 days a week at our office in Kelham Island, Sheffield, the other 2 are up to you (wfh/office)

Handling direct support requests via telephone, web chat and email. 
Liaising with the development, account management and sales teams to ensure support requests are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. What we need from you:

Are able to handle a high volume of inbound while maintaining quality and excellent customer service.
Are tech savvy and can quickly understand new systems and products.
You know how to strike the balance of being both personable and professional at all times
