An excellent opportunity has come up to join a national business who are looking for a Client Support Representative to join them on a permanent basis in their Farnborough office!
The role is to be the first point of contact via phone and email to advice and support through inbound and outbound calling on answering questions and helping through the process. This is a fast paced roles so experience working within this type of environment is essential.
Hours (rota basis): between 08:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. No weekends!
This role is offering a salary of £27,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience and offers the following benefits:

Job description:
* Speak to existing clients/customers and arranging appointments with Financial Advisers
* Speaking to previous customers and discussing what options you can offer them now
* Outbound call customers and prospects after a marketing campaign to confirm GDPR compliance
* Rearrange existing appointments
* Support other departments with admin if and when needed
* Ring through to other departments and work collaboratively with them dependent on the queries coming through
Experience and skills required:
* Phone based customer service experience is essential
* Experience working within financial services is preferable but not essential
* Experience working with Microsoft applications
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience working within a B2C phone based environment
* Able to build rapport with everyone you speak to externally and internally
