Our client, a rapidly expanding engineer company, are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team of experts. The role of the Customer Support Coordinator will be to handle and support customer/client queries & complaints timely, accurately, and professionally.
What the Customer Support Coordinator will be doing:
Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completely properly and promptly.
Providing support via email and telephone.
Logging data into the companies ERP system & maintaining throughout each process.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure all output is compliant with ISO standards.
Meet monthly KPIs
What you can offer to the Customer Support Coordinator role:
3+ years in a similar role showcasing customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Computer literate, ideally with experience of using ERP databases.
Proficiency with Microsoft suite.
Attention to detail & highly motivated.
Desired skills of the Customer Support Coordinator:
Manufacturing or Engineering industry knowledge.
