Description:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join a legal technology company that provides Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software for clients.
This is a hands-on role focused on providing excellent customer service on an ongoing temporary basis, starting asap
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely manner
Manage the customer service inbox, responding to emails and redirecting queries to the appropriate person where needed
Get up to speed quickly with the company’s technical platform and confidently handle software-related questions
Provide responsive, accurate and helpful customer support, ensuring queries are dealt with promptlyWhat we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a similar customer service role, ideally within a technology firm.
A track record of quickly learning technical platforms and confidently handling customer queries
Strong customer service skills and a genuinely responsive approach
Someone who is organised and ensures customer queries are acknowledged and resolved promptly
Comfortable troubleshooting and helping customers with software-related issues
