Customer Support Administrator, £24-26k, 12-month maternity contract, nr Uckfield, East Sussex, must drive due to location, fully office based (not able to offer hybrid working) for this global organisation.

Are you a strong Administrator who is super organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? If you have worked for a global company, ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background that would be perfect. It is a varied role dealing with:

Global export orders received online and via email, dealing promptly and accurately with all administrative aspects of each order.
To process sales orders promptly and professionally, handle any related enquiries, and support the field-based contract team for the UK sales region.
To process and input customer orders, into the Company's Sales Order system.
To provide quotations for non-standard equipment.
To assist with the logistics of transportation of goods where required.
To order parts for machinery or spare parts where needed.The Customer Support Administrator will have previous administrative experience and be used to working in a busy customer services environment. Strong phone manner, organised, helpful, friendly team player.

Preference will be given to candidates that have worked in a similar manufacturing, logistics, import/export or engineering department of a global organisation. Any additional European language(s) are beneficial but not essential.

Customer Support Administrator, Uckfield, 12-month maternity contract, £24-26k doe, 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, pension, free parking. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 4.30pm, with 45-minute lunch and an early finish at 3.45pm every Friday. Please note candidates must live within commutable distance of Uckfield, East Sussex and our client is unable to offer sponsorship. Immediate interviews. Will wait notice for the right candidate.
