Customer Support Executive
Bognor Regis, West Sussex | Full Time
We’re working with a well-established UK industrial manufacturer to recruit a Customer Support Executive to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service, internal sales or technical support experience who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, processing orders, preparing quotations and supporting the wider sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What you’ll be doing

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing product and technical guidance.

Preparing accurate quotations and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Processing customer orders and ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
*
Following up quotations and identifying opportunities to maximise sales through cross-selling and upselling.

Working closely with Sales, Operations and Engineering to ensure customers receive the right solutions.
*
Building strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
What we’re looking for

Previous experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales or sales administration.
*
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
*
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*
Confidence learning and explaining technical or engineered products.
*
Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
*
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
*
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial products or hardware would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
