Customer Support Administrator
Up to £25k
Peterborough
Full Time Permanent
Monday to Friday between flexible working between 7.30am – 5.30pm

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a customer support administrator to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service while overseeing all the key accounts.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000 P/A, depending on experience
This is a full-time, permanent The hours of work will be flexible working between 7.30am – 5.30pm
Your responsibilities will include:
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries both over the phone and email.
Manage key client accounts and respond to customer communications.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to head of service.
Produce reports for stakeholders.
Coordinate the delivery of loan machines to customer when necessary.
The ideal candidate:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar customer support role.
Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
