Customer Success Manager
Farnham office based (Must have own transport)
Up to £55,000 DOE + Annual Bonus
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Manager to take ownership of key client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key client accounts and stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate projects from enquiry through to delivery.
Organise meetings, events and client communications.
Maintain CRM records and reporting.
Work closely with sales, operations and leadership teams.
Identify and implement process improvements.
About You
3+ years' experience in customer success, account management, client services or project coordination.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Experience using CRM systems.
Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused.
