Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience)
Office-based role with free parking

The Role:

You'll be the heartbeat of the Customer Success team - the go-to person for all enquiries, orders, and customer interactions. From smaller orders to big-ticket projects, you'll handle it all with flair and care.

Manage customer communication across email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat.
Process orders with precision and speed.
Work closely with the projects team to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
Bring warmth and personality back into customer service - no robotic replies here!
Join a small but mighty team of four, connected with a wider family of 10-12 colleagues.
Enjoy a flexible, friendly office environment with core hours roughly 7/8 am to 4/5 pm, and early finish on Fridays at 3 pm. Who You Are:

A superstar communicator with excellent phone and email manners.
Obsessed with detail and delivering the best customer experience.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and loves finding better ways to do things.
Bonus points if you know a bit about construction - but it's not essential!
