Customer Success Executive
Cambridge - Hybrid
Up to £28,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to day to day queries, via phone or email.
* Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, setting them up for success with the company’s software solutions.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they maximize the value from the software.
* Conduct engaging training sessions on the various software packages, empowering clients to use the products effectively.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent - desirable.
* A genuine passion for technology and its potential to transform businesses.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
* A proactive approach to customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks with attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
* Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
* Familiarity with tech/software products and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
